1. Provider and scope
DevStudioCraft is a brand of M2A Group, operated by M2A Facility Management GmbH, Bürgermeister-Smidt-Straße 116, 28195 Bremen, Germany (Amtsgericht Bremen, HRB 40419) — "we" or "us". These terms apply to the use of this website and to design and development services we provide, unless a written project agreement says otherwise. Full company details are in the Impressum.
2. Website content
The content on this website is for general information about our services. Packages, scopes and timelines shown here are descriptions, not binding offers. All texts, designs, images and code on this website are protected by copyright and may not be reused without our written consent.
3. Inquiries, proposals and contracts
Sending an inquiry does not create a contract. After a discovery call we send a written proposal with scope, price, timeline and payment schedule. A contract is formed only when both sides accept that proposal in writing (email is sufficient). The accepted proposal takes precedence over these terms.
4. Collaboration
You provide the content, access and feedback needed for the project on time. Delays in providing them can move agreed deadlines. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted and scheduled separately.
5. Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days unless the proposal states otherwise. Prices are net and plus statutory VAT where applicable.
6. Rights of use
Once an invoice is paid in full, you receive the rights of use to the final deliverables agreed in the proposal. Third-party components (for example fonts, libraries, stock media or platform services) remain subject to their own licences. Unless agreed otherwise, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the place of jurisdiction is Bremen. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
9. Final provisions
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. For the general documents of our group see m2a-fm.de and m2a-group.eu.
